Your device is defective and you want a repair?

Contact our online Service. Our service staff will be happy to advise you whether a repair is worthwhile for you and how you can use your device flawlessly as quickly as possible with little effort.

Please always include your order number or delivery note number. Defective items outside the warranty period as well as self-inflicted damage are subject to a charge. You will receive a cost estimate before the repair. You must agree or reject this in writing within 7 days.

No worries! Our online service workshops repair your device quickly and at fair prices, even if you have not bought the device from us or if you want to use a local service for large devices. Our service center is at your disposal.
